Class Schedule

The Booty Bake® Recipe includes:

  • A dynamic warm-up and stretch.
  • HIIT & plyo… but here’s the secret ingredient:
    Baking is done with Kinetic Leg Bands, which we provide!
  • Icing on the cake: We finish with an intense ab burning series.
  • Ingredients Needed: Yoga mat, lots of water & a towel–Trust me, you’ll need it!
    ​(Leggings are recommended)
